RTC AFRICA is a ministry set on God's cutting-edge to reach the Children of Africa which is our main focus and beyond as the Lord leads. We are envisioned by the Lord through the divine training and impartation of the founder, Pastor Carla Ives. The ministry is focused on training children, teachers, ministers and parents on how to disciple their children to be true followers of Christ with integrity, character, and good service to the Lord. We believe that children can be discipled as much as they can be born again by hearing and understanding the gospel, and we strive to make them disciples of Jesus Christ in Spirit and in Truth.
Since children are the future leaders of the Church, the family, and the nation, it is important to disciple them now to be able to imbibe and exhibit good moral leadership in the future (Proverbs 22:6). In the sterling word of Pastor Carla Ives, "You may not know the future, but you can prepare the children for the future".
God has used RTC to train children workers in Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Benin Republic, Cameroon, Burkina-Faso, Tanzania and South Africa, and we are moving on to other nations of Africa as we consolidate in nations already reached.
